About "The 100"

The 100 Black Men of Middle Tennessee, Inc. is a non-profit organization engaged in providing resources to further the academic and social development of students in Nashville and surrounding Middle Tennessee schools.

It is a member-based organization comprised of business and industry leaders who invest both time and financial resources to accomplish the organization's mission "to nurture and enhance the growth, development and opportunities for young Black males of Middle Tennessee."

The 100 seeks to:
  - Continue supporting the holistic development of our youth
  - Enhance the quality and impact of current initiatives
  - Establish new, creative initiatives that positively impact our youth
  - Increase collaborations with organizations with similar missions
